Bodie & Ember Brock

Bodie, the third generation in his family to work at Ironwood, has degrees in Bible and business leadership from International Baptist College and Seminary. He served as a Broken I Ranch program assistant for a summer and as the Wolf Mountain junior and horsemanship camp speaker for a summer before returning to Ironwood to be our junior camp speaker for three summers. He enjoys board games, storytelling, and going on adventures of the Calvin and Hobbes sort. He also enjoys unicycling, which he first learned as a junior camper. Ember grew up in Southern California and has degrees in Bible and Christian service from IBCS. She enjoys drinking tea, gardening, cooking, and reading. Bodie & Ember met at Ironwood when she was attending our Institute of Ministry (now called Defined). Bodie’s responsibilities include Junior Camp Director, IT, Communications Team Leader, and video production. Ember is the bookkeeper for two camps under Ironwood’s Family of Camps. She is also training to become Ironwood’s Business Office Director. They have two desert pygmies, Atticus and Odyssey.
