The fee for a day and a night at the Hacienda includes all meals, program, and lodging. We understand that each pastor has unique needs with different financial resources. Some churches have a budget for this sort of event although many do not. A reservation fee of $50 goes towards the total, and the balance is due at check-in. For those who need financial assistance to make the Hacienda possible or it is their first time to the Hacienda, a limited fund—the Forge Fund—is available for costs beyond the reservation fee. This fund has been set up to help pastors use the Hacienda to grow closer! If you need assistance from the Forge Fund, please let us know when making your reservation.
