Karen Daniels

Karen, who grew up in upstate NY, first came to Ironwood as a summer staff wrangler in 1983 and 1984. While finishing college, teaching for a few years, and later attending grad school, she had a desire to someday return to Ironwood. She joined resident staff in 1993 as a teacher in the upper elementary grades of Ironwood Christian Academy. During summer camp, she taught horsemanship instruction classes. Karen retired from teaching at ICA in May 2024 and will be working in the office doing registration and production.
