Mark & Donna Asay

Mark and Donna both grew up in California and graduated from Bob Jones University, but they didn’t meet until 1986 at Ironwood. Mark, summer staff starting in 1979, had joined resident staff in 1983. Donna joined staff after they married in 1988. Mark, our business office team leader, has taught in the high school at ICA,  worked on the Program Team, and enjoys leading music for junior camp and other retreats. Donna taught upper elementary grades at ICA for three years then served as the Homestead team leader for 13 years before joining Mark in the business office managing accounts receivable, purchasing, and donations; she teaches piano in her free time and enjoys playing piano for various retreats.
