Josh & Erin Mendoza

Josh grew up as a missionary kid in Tijuana, Mexico. He moved to Arizona for college and earned a BA in Bible and Church Music and a MA in Ministry from International Baptist College and Seminary. This is where he met his wife, Erin, who grew up in Chandler, Arizona. Erin served at Ironwood in Leadership Live 2012 and 2013 and on Summer Staff in 2015 and 2016. She earned a BA in Bible and Elementary Education and a MA in Organizational Leadership. After they were married in 2017 and four years of praying for God’s direction, they moved to Ironwood to join Ministry Bound in 2021 and joined the Resident Staff team in 2022. Josh is the Director of Defined, and Erin leads the registration team. They have one desert pygmy, Daniel.
