Wayne & Jalaigna Mix

Wayne first came to Ironwood in the early 90’s to work on the summer grounds crew. He joined full-time staff the fall of 1993. In addition to grounds, he has worked hospitality and in the business office. He is our assistant director and manages the day-to-day work of our operations teams. In the summer, he also works with the high schoolers participating in Leadership Live. Jalaigna, a graduate of our Ministry Bound program, consistently demonstrates excellence in whatever task she is asked to do. She has worked in the registration office and currently is our Camper Services director, working with our Homestead, Registration, Pygmy Post, and Safety teams. She also assists the director of our Institute of Ministry and Ministry Bound programs. Wayne and Jalaigna were married in May 2013.
